Noson® gently spreads the nostrils from the inside and thus improves nasal breathing. With increased oxygen saturation of the blood, the body burns fats, carbohydrates and proteins more effectively into carbon dioxide and water. The improved combustion provides the body with more energy, which is essential for the metabolism and all cells in the body.

We ship worldwide. For shipping within Europe, orders must be placed via the website.

For all other countries, orders must be placed via the website.
The shipping costs depend on the country and are calculated when the address is entered. Within the EU, we offer the option "Free" shipping from a purchase value of €80. This is successful uninsured and without tracking. Thus, the buyer bears the risk should the post office lose the package. We always recommend choosing insured shipping with tracking.
Only three different materials are used to manufacture the Noson nasal dilator.

- Spring wire (from dentistry)
- Silicone tubing (medical technology)
- Silicone cast / nose pads & nose cap (from dentistry)

All components have been tested for biocompatibility and meet the standards.

All Noson products are handmade by people with disabilities in a safe working environment (at the Züriwerk) in Switzerland.

As stated in the terms and conditions, there is no right of return as this is a hygiene product. The production is expensive and time-consuming and is only made to individual order. In special cases, we grant a right of return if the nasal dilator is in its original packaging and sealed. This will be looked at separately and requires a letter from the buyer. Goods that are simply returned cannot be refunded and must be destroyed for safety reasons.

If the nasal dilator is defective on receipt, it will of course be replaced. However, as every product undergoes a quality check in accordance with ISO 9001, this should not happen. Should there still be a problem with the product, the buyer must contact Noson within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Opening the goods will invalidate the right of return.
