Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, nasal breathing aids, hygiene and care products can only be returned unopened, unused and undamaged.

Made-to-order items

Certain textile, bag, shoe, accessory and supply items are only individually manufactured, printed, processed or prepared for the specific order after receipt of the order.

Such made-to-order or processed items are excluded from return, exchange and voluntary refund, provided there is no defect, incorrect delivery or mandatory statutory warranty right.

Please carefully check the size specifications, colors, product description and delivery address before completing your order.

Defective or incorrect delivery

In the event of defective goods or incorrect delivery, we will review replacement, subsequent delivery or refund upon contact.
