These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via noson.ch. The contracting party is Unity Shield LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Sales Territory

noson.ch sells exclusively to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland. Orders from other countries will not be accepted.

Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs and any other additional costs are displayed before the order is completed.

Unity Shield LLC is currently not registered in the Swiss VAT register. Therefore, no Swiss VAT is indicated.

The tax situation is reviewed regularly. Should a Swiss VAT registration become necessary, pricing information, invoices, and order documents will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery and Manufacturing

noson.ch delivers exclusively to delivery addresses in Switzerland.

Core products such as the noson® Premium Nasal Dilator Generation 2 and certain supplementary products are shipped from Switzerland.

Certain textile, bag, shoe, accessory, and supplementary items are manufactured or processed to order upon receipt of the order and can be shipped directly to customers in Switzerland from European logistics centers.

For deliveries from abroad, import duties, import taxes, or fees from customs, postal, or courier service providers may apply, unless these are already expressly indicated as included during the ordering process.

In-stock items are delivered according to the product page. Procured goods as well as items manufactured or processed to order may have longer delivery times; the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page, in the shopping cart, or at checkout.

Hygiene Items and Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed hygiene items and nasal breathing aids cannot be returned, unless statutory warranty rights apply.

Medical Information

Product information does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of complaints or suspected sleep apnea, medical advice must be sought.

The noson® brand as well as logos, product designs, product images, and associated intellectual property rights are the property of Unity Shield LLC.
